This powerful process comes with great risk, as he channels sacred wisdom from Divine to share with others.

Tepahtiani Clinical Healing Sessions
Don David Wiley offers Traditional Nahua Healing sessions as part of the training program for his Tepahtiani apprentices, or Nahua Traditional Healers. These sessions provide a rare opportunity to receive healing while contributing to the education of future practitioners. Held in a confidential setting, each session is performed by Don David while a group of apprentices observes and learns. Due to the training nature of these sessions, appointments are offered at a significantly reduced fee.
This is a closed program with a brief application process. Requests are reviewed to ensure a diversity of healing cases for the students' learning, and approved participants will receive a confirmation email.

Mentoring Calls - As part of his sacred service, Don David Wiley offers monthly and bi-weekly volunteer mentoring to those leading organizations and spiritual endeavors ignited by Grandfather Fire—such as Sacred Fire's ED & Firekeeping, and the Tsantawu Men’s Council. Despite his limited time, Don David’s dedication ensures these offerings remain aligned with Grandfather’s guidance, continuing to grow and reach those who feel the call of Fire. Kawiterutsirri: Guardians of Ancestral Wisdom - The Kawiterutsirri are the council of elders of Grupo Tatewari, a group of dedicated Westerners walking the Wixárika medicine path under the guidance of Grandfather Fire, the first and original shaman. As initiated mara’akate (traditional healers and counselors), they ensure the integrity of this ancient tradition while making it accessible to modern seekers. Rooted in honor, respect, and spiritual responsibility, the Kawiterutsirri meet regularly to guide Grupo Tatewari’s work, holding ceremonies, leading pilgrimages, and supporting those called to the ancestral path. Their mission is to rekindle humanity’s lost connection to the sacred, bringing balance and healing to individuals and communities.
